Overview
ASIEA's whole model depends on assessment being done properly, which means it depends on assessors. This qualification prepares experienced practitioners to make and defend competence judgements against written criteria.
Learners assess real candidates under supervision and build a portfolio of their own assessment decisions, which is itself sampled and verified.
