Overview

The first qualification for anyone moving from doing a job well to teaching other people to do it. It covers the roles and responsibilities of a trainer, inclusive session planning, delivery technique and the principles of assessment.

Every learner delivers an observed micro-teaching session. That observation, not the written work, is what determines the award.
