Overview

A warehouse fails quietly. Stock drifts from the system, picks go out wrong, and nobody knows until a count. This programme trains the location and record discipline that prevents it.

Learners work a real stores operation through receiving, put-away, picking, despatch and cyclical counting, and are assessed on accuracy rather than speed alone.
