Overview

Administration is the work that makes everyone else's work possible, and it is judged almost entirely on accuracy and retrievability.

This programme covers professional correspondence, records management, meeting and diary control, procurement support and the financial documents an administrator is expected to handle without supervision.

Entry requirements

  • 18 years or older at the start of the programme
  • Senior Four (UCE) or equivalent
  • Confident written English
  • Computer literacy and access to a computer for online delivery
