Overview

Electrical work is one of the few trades where an undetected error kills someone months later. Everything in this programme is built around that fact: safe isolation, correct installation, and testing that proves the installation is safe before it is energised.

The heaviest in-person weighting of any ASIEA programme. Practical competence is assessed on real installations and on a test rig, against written criteria.
